A whole cornish game hen marinated in Moroccan spices and honey, split in half, then grilled to perfection and served on a bed of Kosheri (rice and lentils). This will be served on a platter with Baba Ganoush, beet hummus, marinated feta, pickled and fresh crudite and grilled Pita.
