Rice finds its way into all kinds of dishes in Spain and so it comes as no surprise that they grow a number of different rices throughout the country. This Paella rice is slightly longer than the classic Bomba, making for a less starchy and fluffier finished product. This rice is great in paella, but it also cooks up wonderfully for a variety of other dishes.
