Old-fashioned mustard in grains from the pretigious moutardier Edmond Fallot is a Dijon mustard. It is made as in the past with a stone millstone by the Fallot Mustard Factory from whole mustard seeds. The seeds give it a granular texture that is softer than classic Dijon mustard.
